August 5, 2007 11:57 - Realizations Sees Fourth Ascent
Climbing phenom Dave Graham has finally nabbed the fourth ascent of Realization.
Graham has been trying Realization on and off since all the way back in 2001 when he belayed Chris Sharma on the first ascent.
Dave has now become on of the four elite who have sent this beautiful route in Ceuse, France. The other three being Chris, Patxi Usobiaga, and Sylvain Millet. I wonder if Dave's ascent will bring more sends of this 5.15a standard.
According to the Big Up Blog footage of Dave trying the route and talking about it will be featured in King Lines, however it sounds as though his actual ascent won't be on there.
Well I hope it is, either way King Lines is going to be sick and you will definitely need to check it out.
Here is a short video/documentary of Sharma climbing Realization

August 27, 2007 21:27 - Paul Robinson Makes 3rd Ascent of Jade
Paul Robinson is back in Colorado and he is sending hard. He just got the third ascent of Jade V15 in Rock Mountain National Park.
Daniel Woods made the first ascent earlier this summer. You can read all about it in this climbing article and watch a video of him sending it at BigUp Productions. Ty Landman sent the route shortly after Daniel and as of right now it seems like you can stop these young climbing phenoms.
The day after the Jade send, Paul did the second ascent of Chris Schulte’s new V13 Child Stars SDS at Mt. Evans. And to cap it all off, he made a quick repeat of Daniel Woods’s new line The Lockness Monster.
Congrats on the great climbing Paul.
As of right now Jade is still rated V15 but some say it might be downgraded.

August 29, 2007 10:41 - Colorado Burning
Not too long ago I was out in Colorado visiting some of my best friends and climbing like there was no tommorrow. My boy Nate put this video together and I thought I would share it with you all.
Be aware There are no V10 sends or 5.14 onsights just some bad ass climbers living the dream and having the time of their lives.
Hope you enjoy it.
