broke my arm by falling 5 meters

I was climbing on an indoor overhang which was under the 4.5m point where the BMC say you can climb without a harness. I reached up to grab a hold which was particularly greasy for an unknown reason so my hand slipped out and I fell the 4.5m and hit the ground on my front and my helmet hit my left arm, breaking both bones and leaving my forearm at approx. a 150 degree angle.
