What is a good size of runners to use to anchor yourself before you start cleaning a sport route?
Answer:
Harrison, it depends on the route. If the route is really overhanging I like to use quickdraws and a daisy chain. It is a lot easier to just rappel in from the top if you can. I find it best if you can use daisy chain as you can adjust the distance and length, which can be crucial.
Hope that helps.
