Climbing on Over Hangs

Why can I climb more difficult routes but easy overhangs really give me a problem. What skills should I develop to more easily climb these overhangs.

Answer:

Climbing on an over hang can be very difficult for many people so don't feel discouraged. One of the best things that you could do is train your technique. On an over hang you want to focus on keeping your arms straight, your core tight, and trying to relax your arms as much as possible.

Also, be sure that you move through each movement as fluid as possible. Spend time practicing drop knees especially.

These fundamentals will definitely help.
