hand injury

I have currently seemed to injure my left hand while bouldering. It is one of the oddest injuries I have ever had, it is not very painful but I lose strength from it. It seems to be my pinky finger tendon in the palm of my hand. It only hurts when my finger is pulled back and I try to push it forward. I have been resting now for three weeks and seen very little improvement. I am getting very impatient with the injury and am wondering if I should keep resting or if I should start to slowly get back into climbing.


It is always a good idea to continue resting if the injury is still hurt.  I would maybe recommend going to a doctor to have them look at the end if the pain is really bad you could of tore something.  They could help you recover quickly, but it could also be a waste of time if they just tell you to rest.
