Overtraining

If I’m bouldering 1.5-3 hours a day, how many days a week is too much? I don’t want to over-train but I love climbing and I don’t like taking days off from it.

Answer:

A lot of climbers love climbing so much that they never want to take a rest day. However, climbing everyday is not good for any rock climber. For everyone it is different, but you must listen to your body. Typically climbing more that 3-4 days a week is too much. That is a baseline and you need to let your body tell you when enough is enough.
