The Bachar ladder. I'm interested of constructing one, just to try it. Do you have ideas to build a homemade Bachar ladder?

What a great question Ignacio. The Bachar Ladder can be an awesome tool to building your strength. I am going to give you to resources that I think you'll find very beneficial.

this rope ladder is in essence the same as a Bachar Ladder except you would simply set it up so it was in an arc instead of straight vertical.

Also, you would want to use PVC pipe instead of wood.
