used bd camalots

i came across 8 camalots of various sizes with surface rust on the axle and damaged trigger wires.are they still good? can i fix them? also the sewn webbing,should i have them redone somewhere or use rope with some trpl fishermans knots? can you point me in the right direction,need to know if there ready to rock or not.
