Both other V16s have already been repeated (and confirmed?).
-Memento (V16) has been repeated by Berhard Schwaiger (2007)
-Tonino '78 (V16) has been repeated by Julien Nadiras (2004) and Antoine Vandeputte (2005)
Anyway, my point is, there exists loads of super hard boulder problems in the world, The Wheel of Life (V16) just being the most famous one.

You are correct there are some other V16's and some other V15/16, but they haven't been confirmed V16. Plus if I am correct the other actual V16's haven't been repeated yet.
